Placed online order for several items. After no word for 4 weeks I called and was told because 1 item was unavailable so the entire order was on hold until I amended the order. I had no notification from them, despite all the endless holiday season spam i receive weekly from them. After 20 min on the phone with a rep I could barely understand, I was assured that my order would be placed immediately. One week later I messaged that I had not yet received tracking, and 3 days later they responded they were holding my order because 1 item was no longer available and they needed me to .... (the same thing all over again), LOL. So i asked for a refund which I was told will take up to 2 weeks to post. NEVER AGAIN. EVER!
